Return Policy for Damaged Furniture

Eligibility for Return:

Only furniture that was damaged during transport can be returned via Campos Transport.

Inspection and Decision:

Upon inspection of the returned goods, Nursery In A Box will make a final decision regarding the exchange of item(s).

If Exchange is Granted:
-
Nursery In A Box will inform the client if an exchange is granted.
-
The exchange item(s) will be sent back to the client within 10 to 15 working days.
-
All transport fees will be covered by Nursery In A Box.

If Exchange is Not Granted:
-
If an exchange is not granted, the item(s) will be sent back to the client via Campos Transport.

All transport fees will be billed to the client.

Non-Returnable Items:
-
No other items bought can be returned.
